Between knee surgery recovery and writing a lot at work (which I like to do), at the end of the day my brain feels kind of like jello and says na na na na na na…. But, with healing occurring and being more awake again by the end of the day, I want to try and get back to blogging. I found it hard to keep up with prior to surgery as well, with the pain just eating at me. It was hard to stay focused with that going on. The good news is that the only pain in my knee now is from muscles that are getting to be used! It is so awesome to be able to climb stairs or walk a ramp without feeling as if my knee will buckle or the pain level will ramp up.
So, with all of that, and the heat finally starting to break, it’s time to get into a good routine to rehab. My chocolate lab and I will soon be venturing out to see if we can’t make our legs stronger. Watching the walkers around neighborhoods or on the local paths, I have been thinking about being able to do that again. Basically, I feel like I’m saying na na na na na na na to knee pain! Hooray!
