So, with all of that, and the heat finally starting to
break, it’s time to get into a good routine to rehab. My chocolate lab and I will soon be venturing
out to see if we can’t make our legs stronger.
Watching the walkers around neighborhoods or on the local paths, I have
been thinking about being able to do that again. Basically, I feel like I’m saying na na na na
na na na to knee pain! Hooray!
